1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the health and wellness coaching services provided by Imbued Wellness, a practice run by Annette Callan ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or booking coaching with us, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Our services

We offer health and wellness coaching: support, education, accountability and encouragement to help you reach wellness goals you choose. Sessions are held in person, by phone or by video.

3. Coaching is not medical care

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional care. We do not diagnose or treat any condition, prescribe medication, or provide medical advice, and working with us does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. Our coach is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with specializations in menopause and perimenopause.

• Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise, nutrition or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
• Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of anything you learn through coaching.
• In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). Coaching sessions and messages are not monitored for emergencies.

4. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to book coaching. You agree to give us accurate information, and you remain responsible for your own health decisions and for the actions you choose to take. Results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

5. Scheduling, cancellations and payment

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be charged in full. Fees are due at the time of booking. Packages are non-refundable.

Appointments outside normal business hours can be arranged (additional fees may apply).

6. Confidentiality

We keep what you share in coaching confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy, except where the law requires disclosure or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to prevent serious harm to you or someone else.

7. Using this website

Please use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not send spam or harmful content through the contact form, try to disrupt the site, or try to access systems you are not authorized to use. Sending us a message through the website does not make you a client or create a coaching relationship.

8. Our content

The text, logo and materials on this website, and any worksheets or other materials we give you during coaching, belong to Imbued Wellness or are used with permission. You may use coaching materials for your own personal use but may not copy, sell or distribute them without our written permission.

9. Other websites and services

This website or our coaching may refer you to websites, apps or services run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

This website and our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or that the website will always be available or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Imbued Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for coaching in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect sessions you have already booked and paid for.
